Yaw Company sells apparel and accessories through this site. Buying something here means you accept what is set out below. If you do not, please do not order.

Everything is made to order

Nothing here is held in stock. Each item is printed or embroidered for your order by a third party fulfilment partner and then shipped directly to you. That is why delivery takes longer than it would from a warehouse, and it is also why the returns policy works the way it does.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The price shown on the product page is the price charged. Payment is handled by Stripe, and your card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and never reach this site.

Shipping is a flat 5.95 US dollars per order, added at checkout and shown before you pay. Any customs duties or import taxes on an international order are the responsibility of the person receiving it, and are not included in what you pay here.

When an order is accepted

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a contract. The order is accepted when it is sent for production. Until then we may decline or cancel it and refund you in full, for example if an item turns out to be unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if the order looks fraudulent.

Changing or cancelling

Once an item has gone into production it cannot be changed or cancelled, because it is being made specifically for you. Production usually begins within a few hours. If you need to change something, email yawcompanyx@gmail.com immediately and we will do what we can, but we cannot promise to catch it in time.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 5 to 12 business days, made up of production time plus transit. These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by the carrier, by customs, or by an incorrect address are outside our control.

Check your shipping address before you pay. An order sent to an address you entered incorrectly is not something the fulfilment partner will reprint free of charge, and reshipping it will be at your cost.

How things look

Screens vary, and so do dye lots. Colors on your monitor will not match the garment exactly, and small variation in print position is normal on made to order printing. This is not a defect. Genuine defects are covered by the refund policy.

Intellectual property

The designs, artwork, wordmarks and photography on this site belong to Yaw Company. You are buying the item, not a licence to reproduce the design.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, because it cannot.
