This is a small store. It collects what it needs to send you a shirt and nothing else.
Everything below is a description of what the site actually does.
What is collected
When you buy something: your name, email address, shipping address, and what you
ordered. That is the whole list.
Your card details are never collected by this site. Payment runs on Stripe's own
checkout, and the card number is entered into Stripe rather than into anything we control.
We can see the last four digits and the card brand on the receipt, and nothing more.
What is not collected
No analytics. No advertising or tracking pixels. No profiling, no audience building, and
your data is never sold or shared for marketing by anyone, including us.
This site sets no cookies at all. The only thing stored on your device is your
bag, which is kept in your own browser using local storage so a refresh does not empty it.
It holds a product reference and a quantity. It never leaves your browser until you check
out, and clearing your browser data removes it.
The only third party script the site loads is Stripe's, and only to run checkout.
Who else sees your order
- Stripe processes the payment and holds the payment record.
- Printful receives your name and shipping address, because they print the item
and put it in the post. They do not receive your payment details.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP
addresses, as any web host does.
Nobody else. If that ever changes this page changes with it, and the date at the top
moves.
Email
You get an order confirmation and a shipping notification. You do not get marketing
email unless you have separately asked for it.
The order confirmation page shows a masked version of your email, like
j***@example.com, rather than the full address. A checkout link can end up in
browser history or be shared without thinking, and a masked address is enough to recognise
your own order while being no use to anyone else.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept while they are needed to run the business and to meet tax and
accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for
it to be deleted, by emailing yawcompanyx@gmail.com. Deletion cannot
always cover records we are required to keep, such as an invoice, and we will tell you if
that applies.
Children
This store is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from
anyone under 13.
